The principle of Health reminds us that the health and well-being of natural systems is maintained by the dynamic balance that exists within them.
If we are to create a sustainable way of life, we need to put in place practices that restore and maintain the health of our soil, air and water, and we need to make health and well-being the goal of how we live, individually and collectively.
