Parent Voices: Nic

How does an industrialised food system affect young people, and why is it vital that we change our food practices?

Nic, a parent, shares his belief that education must prepare young people to make informed choices about what to eat and how to lead healthier lives.

Nic’s film is part of a series commissioned by The Harmony Project from filmmaker Jason Taylor at The Source Image. This collection of short films explores what parents, teachers and students have to say about how education can best equip our young people to engage with issues of sustainability. By making their voices heard, The Harmony Project hopes to move forward the conversation about the role education should play in preparing students today to lead on the environmental issues they will face tomorrow.
